MindFunk, HS and The Museum of Science and Industry Chicago teamed up to produce an exciting and educational new online game that teaches about complex systems of the human body.

MindFunk wrote and produced all music and sound. From the Bottleneck Steel Guitar theme to the ambient inner body experiences of the games…check it out, and try not to get eaten by wolves!

FWA Public Shortlist

We were called by our new friends at Ben Trovato to produce modern orchestral scores for Mitsubishi’s new Outlander.

In all, we composed, arranged and produced the intro video, menu music and transport sequence in addition to site and environment sound design and effects.

…and a good time was had by all…

TomTom Map Paradise

In collaboration with North Kingdom, Pool Amsterdam and TomTom, we embarked on an ambitious venture that took us around the world and elsewhere.

TomTom’s Map Paradise is a campaign that allows users to compete for exotic island vacations in order to map each island for TomToms map databases.

We were given the direction to create an Islandy theme for the intro…well…being musicologists at heart, we suggested that we take each island – Fiji, Mauritius, Seychelles, St. Lucia and Cabo Verde and arrange a seperate piece for each of them based on the indigenous musical styles and instrumentation of each island.

We then produced 5 variations of the central theme in such styles as Coladeira, Sega, Seggae, Fijian Traditional, Zouk and Reggae.

Many of the instruments used in these recordings are the traditional native instruments of the regions such as Ukelele, Djembes, Caxixi, Udu, Triangles, Fijian blocks and African Rattles (yes, we’re percussion fanatics).

Play With Motion has teamed up with MindFunk to produce the new children’s title for iPad and iPhone “Build Cars with Edward and Arthur”

Being dictated by the look and feel of the game, we wanted to create an organic and happy soundtrack featuring toy xylophones, Jews Harps and other acoustic instruments.
